The great law of peace
The great law of peace was established by the League of 6 nations. It's basic purpose was to form laws and rules that should be followed by all nations and to encourage peace among the people. It also outlined the path to harmony and unity among the nations and it set out a proper form of government that allowed idea of peace, justice and righteousness. It explained the function of the Great council and what measures should be taken when solving serious issues. It also outlines the duties and responsibilities of the sachems (chiefs).
